Specializing in Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, and Relationships
Trauma & Complex Trauma
I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma—including developmental and relational trauma, PTSD, medical trauma, identity-based trauma, and systemic oppression. Whether trauma is a central concern or one part of a broader picture, our work can support healing, empowerment, and reconnection with your full self.
Anxiety, Depression, & Mood Concerns
Many clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or emotionally burdened. I offer a safe, steady space to work with difficult emotions—gently exploring their roots and building new ways to relate to them.
Life Transitions & Identity Exploration
Many clients seek therapy during times of change—career shifts, loss, becoming a parent, illness, aging, or simply feeling stuck. Our work can support you in navigating uncertainty, grief, and reinvention with intention and self-compassion. I work with people facing life transitions of all kinds: career or role shifts, relationship changes, spiritual crises, relocation, parenthood, illness, or loss. I also support clients in exploring identity—including gender, sexuality, neurodivergence, cultural identity, and personal values. I am committed to LGBTQIA+ affirming care and offer an open, respectful, and celebratory space for self-discovery, transition, and self-definition.
Relationships & Family Dynamics
I provide therapy for couples, families, and intimate relationships. Our work may focus on communication, emotional safety, attachment patterns, boundaries, or healing from past relational wounds. I offer a nonjudgmental space to strengthen connection, deepen understanding, or thoughtfully navigate conflict and change.
Spiritual Integration & Holistic Healing
For many clients, healing involves more than symptom relief—it includes meaning-making, embodiment, and connection. I support clients exploring spiritual practices, existential questions, and personal belief systems. With additional training in yoga, meditation, and mindfulness, I offer an integrative mind-body-spirit approach when desired.
Psychedelic & Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
I offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) as a pathway for individuals seeking profound psychological insight, trauma resolution, or relief from depression and existential distress. I have completed an 8-month postgraduate training in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy and provide preparation, support, and integration within a safe and ethically grounded framework. This work can be especially helpful for those exploring identity, trauma, and non-ordinary states of consciousness.

Getting Started
Therapy begins with connection. In our initial sessions, we’ll explore what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and how we might work together in a way that feels respectful, empowering, and attuned to your needs. I am deeply committed to creating an environment where all aspects of your identity are honored and held with care.
